Refunds & Cancellation

We want you to get value from every audit. This policy explains how refunds, failed runs, and cancellations work for Blinx.
Failed or errored runs (automatic)
If an audit run fails to complete due to a problem on our side, it is automatically refunded or re-credited:
- Pay-per-session ($19): a failed run is automatically refunded to your original payment method, or your run credit is restored.
- Subscription runs: a failed run does not consume a credit — the credit is returned to your balance for that billing cycle.
You don't need to do anything for failed-run refunds, but if you believe one was missed, contact us.
Pay-per-session refunds
If a completed run did not work as expected, email us within 7 days of purchase with your run details. We review these case by case and will issue a refund where the run did not deliver a usable report and video.
Subscription cancellation
- You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and remains active through the end of your current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods once a cycle has begun, except where required by law.
- Runs already used in the current cycle are not refundable, but unused access remains available until the cycle ends.
How to request a refund
Email support@thinkblinx.com with the email address used for the purchase and, if applicable, the run or charge in question. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. It may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
