Last updated: June 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Blinx ("Blinx", "we", "us"), a synthetic user-experience testing service operated by [Legal Entity Name]. By creating an account, purchasing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Blinx generates AI-driven synthetic personas that review a website you provide (by URL or uploaded screenshot) and produces a recorded video walkthrough and a written findings report based on established usability heuristics. Output is generated by automated models and is provided for informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Access to your run history and credits is tied to your email address and verified via a one-time code. You are responsible for activity conducted through your email and for keeping access to that inbox secure.

3. Acceptable use

4. Plans, pricing & billing

5. Refunds & cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Your content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of the URLs, screenshots, and other materials you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the service. The reports and videos generated for you are yours to use for your own business purposes. All software, branding, and underlying technology of Blinx remain our property.

7. Third-party services

Blinx relies on third-party providers to function, including payment processing, AI analysis, text-to-speech, email delivery, and hosting. Your use of the service may involve transmitting data to these providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The service and all generated output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Findings are produced by automated models, may contain errors or omissions, and do not constitute professional, legal, accessibility-compliance, or design advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blinx and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.
